Have you ever wondered what it takes to join the emerging field of decision-making capacity assessment (like signing a Will, sell a house, make a gift), but did not know where to begin? Or are you tired of managing your medical-legal assessment practice by yourself with nobody to collaborate with?

On January 1, 2021, Capacity Clinic launched Canada’s first medical-legal capacity assessment team. We provide independent assessment reports to some of the top law firms, realtors, financial advisors, substitute decision makers across Canada.  We have been committed to studying and reforming the expectations and support for medical-legal capacity assessments to reduce variability in assessment outcomes.

Now we are opening the doors to expand our team and investing in likeminded individuals that want to be part of the change.

Role Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with strong ethical practices who are in good standing with any of the following regulatory colleges:

  • Physician
  • Psychologist
  • Nurse
  • Social Work
  • Occupational Therapist
